General Role

<p style="text-align: justify;">Responsible for supervising a team of sales staff to deliver quality and consistent services, to drive results and to ensure operation excellence at the store level.</p>

Main responsibilities

<ul> <li>Assist and report to Store Manager to manage and oversee the daily store operations</li> <li>Supervise, ensure, and manage a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service and build client relationships</li> <li>Identifies and handle client enquiries, concerns, and complaints</li> <li>Ensures store presentation is consistent with our brand image</li> <li>Supervise general housekeeping and cleaning duties including performing such duties, if necessary</li> <li>Coordinates with the team on the execution of sales plans and store events</li> <li>Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets established</li> <li>Ensures proper security measures are enforced</li> <li>Monitors and assists sales staff development by providing on-the-job training, product training, etc.</li> <li>Communicate timely with both internal and external parties.<br>Which includes, emails, text messages and phone calls.</li> <li>Be a mentor to assistant sales supervisors and guide them where required</li> <li>Always maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional conduct</li> <li>Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Store Manager and/or Operations Team</li> </ul>


<ul> <li>At least 6 years' experience in luxury retail </li> <li>Passion in retail industry</li> <li>Fluent in English and other spoken, written languages a plus</li> <li>Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented and self-motivated.</li> <li>Strong team building, interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office</li> </ul>
