Mission Générale


The Floor Manager participates in the management of the shop. On a daily basis, he/she effectively assists the Store Manager in all commercial and team management aspects in order to develop sales while respecting our promise of service to our customers and in an exemplary relationship of support and guidance with regard to the employees. In the absence of the Store Manager, he/she will act as his/her deputy for all matters concerning commercial management and the sales area, in strict compliance with internal procedures.

Principales activités


1 - Sales - Achieve sales objectives, setting an example to the store’s team by acting as an ambassador to customers - Coordinate and motivate the team to provide a consistent level of service to customers, and ensure consistent relations with certain customers (local and international) - Identify and develop loyal customers. Supervise the quality of information in the CRM - Support the sales team to solve eventual litigations with customer - Offer an excellent after-sales service to create client loyalty - With the store manager, analyse the sales to prepare the buying sessions 2 – Animation of the team - Be the link between the team and the manager by a frequent presence on the sales floor - Manage and organize the departments, in keeping with the spirit of quality and excellence of Hermès - Train the team and integrate new comers especially by sharing the Hermès spirit, quality and service to enhance the sense of belonging to the company, motivation and improve customer service - Coordinate daily morning briefs - Identify the training needs for all team and report to the store manager - Guarantee the correct standing and grooming of the team in line with corporate policies - Ensure the respect of company policies, even in the area of health and safety of the store and team - Prepare the feedback for each team member for the Road Maps prepared and declared by the store manager 3 – Merchandise - Supervise the Visual Merchandising in accordance with the Hermes guidelines, organize its rotation to make it attractive, reflecting the current offer and the level of stocks - Be aware of stock levels and ensure stock is kept in order to ensure efficiency and safety. Keeping the Store Manager informed of any merchandise issues, restocking requirements or dormant stock - Ensure that the sales area is kept clean and tidy at all times, and that prices are labelled according to Hermès standards 4 - Management of cross-functional tasks - Contribute actively to events linked to the shop's activities - Participate regularly in the opening and closing of the cash desk - Ensure that the area is always clean, tidy and that prices are indicated according to the company's standards
