Main responsibilities

<ul> <li>Located in Shanghai, Shenzhen</li> <li>Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, store manpower planning and management.</li> <li>Interact with customer and build strong relationship.</li> <li>Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store.</li> <li>Organize well CRM and customer complain handling in the store.</li> <li>Manage in store visual merchandising and inventory control.</li> <li>Maintain a good staff relation in order to generate a high level of morale and enthusiasm.</li> <li>Assist to administration work supporting.</li> <li>Other duties assigned by Store manager.</li> </ul>


<ul> <li>Tertiary educated with at least 6 years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.</li> <li>Strong business sales sense with solid analytical skills.</li> <li>Ability to lead and drive performance and customer service.</li> <li>Good customer relationship management skills.</li> <li>Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, French or Japanese is a plus.</li> <li>Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented and self-motivated.</li> <li>Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Hands on computer knowledge of MS office.</li> </ul>
