Main responsibilities


<ol> <li>Handle inbound and outbound calls according to the KPI set up by company</li> <li>Dealing with customers via phone, wechat and email.</li> <li>Good service to customer for ensuring the high quality customer service level</li> <li>Solve the complaint from customers with skills, and support the Customer Care activity.</li> </ol>

Profile


<ul> <li>At least 3 year working experience in call center departments, retail field preferred</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin language</li> <li>Good verbal and written English language communication skills are also essential.</li> <li>Willing to take challenges and can work under pressure</li> <li>Strong multi-tasking and computer skills with experience in dealing with customers using Live Chat. You will have a passion for Luxury brands and will be used to dealing with luxury clientele.</li> </ul>
