General Role

<p>Leverage planning and analysis expertise to maximize sales, inventory, and profitability.</p>

Main responsibilities

<ul> <li>Lead all métier analytical assessment (KPIs, Rolling forecast) to identify opportunities and risks in sales and stock.</li> <li>Lead all métier on stock project (reorders, international transfers, permenant stock , central warehouse and seasonal withdraws. )</li> <li>Lead all métier on issuing monthly reporting to merch team and retail stores on product performance and stock situation.</li> <li>OTB preparation with merch for 4 buyings per year.</li> <li>Initiate and coordinate on various ad hoc projects upon the needs of internal dept and/or Paris team.</li> <li>Develop planning talents within merch team.</li> </ul>


<ul> <li>Degree holder or above in business/economics/mathematics/fashion related majors</li> <li>Minimum 8 years’ planning experience, very strong in number analysis, and preferable in luxury fashion brands</li> <li>Strong analytical ability and fast learning on new systems</li> <li>Excellent ability to quickly identify problems & recommend solutions and be able to work under pressure</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Good communication and a good team player</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, French is a plus</li> <li>Computer literacy (Microsoft office), strong in Excel and Power Point.</li> </ul>
