<p><span>Hermès Australia is seeking a Hermès.com (H.com) Consultant to join the Hermès.com team.</span></p>

General Role

<p>Reporting to the H.com Manager, the role of the H.com Consultant is to provide an exceptional client experience to all ecommerce clients by precisely and carefully processing online orders, ensuring inventory is well organized and accurate and performing all physical and system product flows (incoming and outgoing), according to group procedures. This role will also provide telephone client service support to all clients.</p>

Main responsibilities

<ul> <li>Oversee and manage operations of the ecommerce platform and managing the inventory organisation.</li> <li>Review and validation of online orders, shipping creation by nominated carrier.</li> <li>Supervision of order preparation and support: including but not limited to meticulous wrapping with ribbon and tissue, allocation of suitable shipping packaging for dispatch.</li> <li>Organise and perform regular inventory mini counts with designated metier ambassador.</li> <li>Ensure inventory is organised to maximise efficiency of picking and packing.</li> <li>Ensure stock and storage areas are tidy and well organized.</li> <li>Dispatch and receipt of weekly boutique stock transfers.</li> <li>Stock receipt of overseas shipments and validation of stock in inventory system. </li> <li>Manage partners such as shipping companies regarding delivery timeframes and or client disputes.</li> <li>Manage returns and exchanges, assisting clients in the return process.</li> <li>Organize and maintain a well-balanced stock of fragrance trials and communication material to fulfil client requests. Preparations and dispatch.</li> <li>Ensure adequate supply of all packaging and stationary material, ordering from warehouse when needed.</li> <li>Ensure packing area is well stocked with operational supplies.</li> <li>Support Hermes.com team activities by providing exceptional service experiences to all clients. Manage telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assisting and guiding client with site navigation, product search both online and in stores, redirect inquiries to local boutiques, etc. Client order follow up including but not limited to billing and or delivery verification.</li> <li>Assist with e-merchandising and stock releases for on-line sale.</li> </ul>


<ul> <li>Retail Operations (back of house) or Ecommerce fulfillment background with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Experience and knowledge in systems such as Magento, Drupal, Fredhopper is beneficial</li> <li>Team player, flexible and able to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment</li> <li>Problem Solving focus</li> <li>Minimum 2 years relevant experience</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, oral and written</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Additional relevant languages an asset</li> <li>Ability to work across a 7-day roster</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>***PLEASE NOTE, CANDIDATES WITH FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE*** </p>
