Main responsibilities
<p><strong>1. In-store Training / Field Coaching and Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive national training (product training & sales skill training) in accordance to Marketing Calendar and Hermes Fragrance & Beauty Retail Training strategy</li>
<li>Work with partners from different channels to deliver the training support, includes but not limits to in-store training, on-counter / field coaching etc, within planned schedule</li>
<li>Motivate, provide in-counter sales support & develop action plan to maximize front liner performance and productivity</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>2. Retail Supporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist Area Manager project and ensure the standard execution on counter through every field work in Region</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Counter management support: morning brief, merchandising check, business priority monitoring and tracking</li>
<li>Work closely with other functional teams on Retail Experience improvement and execution</li>
<li>Welfare management of BAs: uniform, grooming etc</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>3. Reporting, Tracking & Planning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide actionable, factual and precise reports after training / field coaching and ensure follow up</li>
<li>Work on National Training Plan & manage coordination and timeline to ensure delivery according to schedule</li>
<li>Manage training materials, forecast, files for training purpose</li>
</ul>

Profile
<ul>
<li>Minimum a bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of retail sales, management and / or coaching experience in the Perfume / Cosmetic industry. Experienced in Beauty to train people with makeup skills is a MUST.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, well-organized, detail-minded with strong ownership</li>
<li>Business oriented & result driven</li>
<li>True team player and able to manage multiple tasks</li>
<li>Fluent in English and Mandarin. French would be a plus</li>
