General Role

<p>Responsible for managing the daily store operations and supervising a team of sales staff to deliver quality and consistent services, to drive results and to ensure operation excellence at the store level.</p>

Main responsibilities

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Sales and Customer service</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.</li> <li>Regularly evaluate the sales and customer service skills of staff, provide coaching on skills improvement where necessary.</li> <li>Monitors and assists sales staff development by providing on-the-job training, product training, etc.</li> <li>Identifies and handles client enquiries and complaints.</li> <li>Recommend creative ideas to build/develop a strong regular clientele</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Operations</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Assist Boutique Manager to manage and oversee the daily store operations</li> <li>Able to manage, drive and achieve KPI(s)</li> <li>Ensures store presentation is consistent with the brand image</li> <li>Coordinate and execute sales plans, marketing events and promotion programs with the team</li> <li>Ensure proper security measures are enforced across processes and store</li> <li>Always ensure a high standard of grooming of all staff in the Store</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">3) Adhoc Duties</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides inputs and assists Boutique manager in formulating sales strategies, preparing sales analysis and management reports.</li> <li>Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Store Manager</li> </ul>


<ol> <li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.</li> <li>Passion in retail industry with good selling skills.</li> <li>Likes fashion and appreciates quality products.</li> <li>Fluent in English. French is a plus.</li> <li>Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented and self motivated.</li> <li>Strong team building, interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office.</li> <li>Able to work shifts/ weekends and public holidays</li> <li>Only Singaporeans/SPR need apply</li> </ol> <p> </p>
