Main responsibilities

<ul> <li>Visit stores within perimeter on a monthly basis according to actual roster</li> <li>Prepare and execute event display in store</li> <li>Assist on windows setup</li> <li>Define with store manager upon arrival about the action priorities and the plan for the visit</li> <li>Wrap up and debrief before leaving</li> <li>Be partner as a VM china teammate providing support for other regions when needed and also for special events</li> <li>To work in close collaboration with VM ambassador, keep training on VM guidelines every visit and to introduce and explain new guidelines.</li> <li>Be responsible for PLV inventory in own area, to propose re-ordering and to organize transfer when needed</li> <li>Voice out any issue about store maintenance when related to VM ( lighting, fabric, furniture, flowers, cleanliness) and to follow up</li> <li>To propose improvements on store layout</li> <li>Report of weekly actions to VM manager and to copy area manager (by phone call and to email pictures)</li> <li>To be an active member on retail network sharing pictures</li> </ul>

<ul> <li>At least 4 years working experience in Luxury or Fashion brands, or have experience on visual merchandising in retail industry</li> <li>Patient and detail-oriented, humble and willing to learn, with strong passion on Luxury visual merchandising</li> <li>Good Communication of both written and spoken in English</li> <li>Good team player who can work under pressure and willing to travel</li> <li>Good computer skills on Microsoft office</li> </ul>
