General Role

<p>In charge of  store/branch financial activities</p>

Main responsibilities

<ul> <li>Be in charge of branch account booking in SAP</li> <li>Be in charge of branch tax declaration/tax reporting/tax investigation and other tax issues;</li> <li>Be responsible for government reporting and group reporting</li> <li>Be in charge of account reconciliation between branch and head office</li> <li>Support the store operation such as tax invoice purchase and check, pos machine, cash pick-up, bank receivable and client refund, etc.</li> <li>Other ad hoc duties as assigned</li> </ul>


<ul> <li>Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting</li> <li>3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.</li> <li>Fluent English both in oral and written</li> <li>Must be a good team player, gentle and patient, pleasant, detail oriented and self motivated.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> <li>Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.</li> <li>SAP experience is preferred.</li> </ul>
