General Role

<p>We are looking for a team member with media, web analytics background to work as part of digital traffic team, in charge of all channels tracking, data processing and analysis to support and give insights to help all digital related functions’ performance optimization and insights sharing.</p>

Main responsibilities

<ul> <li>In charge of all channels tracking of external / internal traffic to Hermes.cn and related platforms and performance analysis</li> <li>Support line manager to plan and define KPIs for digital platforms and activations</li> <li>Work with line manager to provide digital activation analysis include media performances, landing page performance, target group performance etc.</li> <li>Support line manager to corporate with EC team to adapt digital analysis to activation strategy planning for traffic recruitment optimization</li> <li>Cross department digital activities analysis (communication, CRM, etc.) and performance review insights</li> <li>Online customer behavior/ Target group/Channel regular analysis</li> <li>Global dashboard maintenance and support line manager to design localized dashboard</li> </ul>


<ul> <li>At least 3 years hands on experience in web analytics</li> <li>Experience in SEO, paid search, display, programmatic, email, social analysis is preferred</li> <li>Experience in UX analysis is a plus</li> <li>Hands on Skills in Google Analytics. Baidu Tongji is a plus</li> <li>Knowledge in Tableau, Google data studio is a plus</li> <li>Flexible and able to work to very tight deadlines under pressure</li> </ul>
