The Copenhagen store is our flagship high-traffic store right in the beautiful center of the city.
As an Assistant Store Manager you will actively participate in the development of the store embodying the Hermès spirit of tradition, quality and service. You will assist the Store Manager in the overall managing of store sales, service and people and you will be fully in charge of the business during the Store Manager’s absence.
SALES: - Achieve sales objectives, setting an example to the store’s team by acting as an ambassador to clients. - Coordinate and motivate the team to provide a consistent level of personalised service to clients, and ensure adequate relationship building (local and international) to develop loyal customers. - Support the sales team to solve eventual litigations with clients. - Offer an excellent after-sales service to create client loyalty - With the store manager, analyse the sales to prepare the buying sessions ANIMATION OF THE TEAM: - Be the link between the team and the store manager through frequent presence on the sales floor - Manage and organize the departments, in keeping with the spirit of quality and excellence of Hermès - Train the team and integrate new comers especially by sharing the Hermès spirit, quality and service to enhance the sense of belonging to the company, motivation and improve customer service - Coordinate daily morning briefs - Identify the training needs for the team - Guarantee the correct standing and grooming of the team in line with Hermès policies - Ensure the respect of all company policies - Coach and feedback to the team on a regular basis OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: - Support the Store Manager in all other operational & administrative areas
Profil du candidat
- At least 10 years of high end retail (or other service) experience - At least 5 years of managerial experience - Demonstrate good team spirit in the workplace and act as a team player. - Service oriented with strong commercial skills - Focus on quality - Spirit of curiosity and eager to learn - Care for results - Strong business sales sense with solid analytical skills - Ability to lead and drive performance and customer service - Good customer relationship management skills - Problem solving capabilities. - Be active, flexible and stay involved. - Languages : Fluent Danish and English – other languages are a plus - A good sense of humour!
