Main responsibilities

<p><strong><u>Implementation and development of HCM system</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the implementation & delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud in Greater China region by offering an employee centric experience</li> <li>Support company HR strategy through technology, improve and optimize HR processes</li> <li>Design and maintain system configuration, business processes, and master data values to ensure the simplicity, transparency, innovation & digital way of HR management</li> <li>Oversee interfaces between systems, and resolve technical issues in coordination with Oracle, local & Paris IT, local payroll vendor, and/or appropriate third parties; </li> <li>Provide timely system support, identify system defects and provide reasonable solutions as necessary during system outages and downtime</li> <li>Identify opportunities to utilize systems and data more efficiently and lead implementation of such changes</li> <li>Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and patches </li> <li>Develop the training of user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR related systems<strong><u></u></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Reporting & Data Analysis:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Create, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools for business needs</li> <li>Existing reporting standardization & automation to enhance team efficiency</li> <li>Propose systematic analytics report, dashboard and other data solutions to help decision-makers gain deep insight from business process and data</li> <li>Maintains data integrity in systems by analyzing data, recommending process improvements, policy changes, and / or innovative solutions </li> </ul> <p> </p>


<p><strong><em>Requirements & Capabilities:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resource, computer science, information management and/or related business fields;</li> <li>3-5 years of HCM implementation & management experience</li> <li>Experience of a full-cycle project implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP HCM system is preferred</li> <li>Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;</li> <li>Demonstrate good judgement and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data</li> <li>Good team-work spirit</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill with fluent written and spoken English</li> <li>Hands on computer knowledge of MS office</li> </ul>
