General Role


<p>This position will report to Travel Retail Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting retail operations and merchandising of the Hermes stores located in downtown and airport duty free stores. This position is also responsible for supporting communications activities.</p>

Main responsibilities


<p><strong>RETAIL OPERATIONS SUPPORT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage all commercial sales reports (weekly, monthly) & quantitative reports</li> <li>Manage internal sales data operation (including stock receipt, movement, price adjustments)</li> <li>Coordinate stock return process in regular or irregular basis, communicating with Hermes overseas team and external DFO partners</li> <li>Manage product packaging, selling tools, decorative flowers in stores order & supply</li> <li>Packaging, catalogues order & management (stock receipt in office)</li> <li>Coordinate order & supply to stores for Cosmetics & Perfumes, and Watches, communicating with Hermes internal team and external supplying agencies</li> <li>Clothing allowance, staff uniforms order & management</li> <li>Coordinate store construction & renovation process, handling store maintenance</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>MERCHANDISING</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyse sales performance, identifying best/slow seller and appreciating trends by product category</li> <li>Promote the sell-through of the Fashion Métiers and optimize the stock turnover of other Métiers (transfers, and in coordination with the implementation of incentives)</li> <li>Support OTB & buying preparation</li> <li>PSI, PASQ, Quota, Push offer split, assortment reorder in collaboration with TR Operations Manager</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>COMMUNICATION </strong></p> <ul> <li>Support communications activities such as in-store animation event</li> <li>Coordinate Window Display projects in seasonal change, handling payment process, uploading window photos into internal communication system</li> </ul>

Profile


<p><strong>REQUIREMENT & CAPABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree holder or above</li> <li>Minimum 5 years’ operations / merchandising experience in retail industry, and preferable in luxury fashion brands</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure (deadline)</li> <li>Strong analytical ability and fast learning on new systems</li> <li>Good communication and a good team player</li> <li>Excellent command of spoken and written English</li> <li>Computer literacy (Microsoft office), Master of Excel</li> </ul>
