General Role


<p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(227, 108, 10); font-size: 11pt;">The Team:</span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="color: windowtext; font-size: 8pt;">The Store Operations team supports all Hermès of Paris retail boutiques in efforts to reduce in-store operational and administrative workload, as well as streamline processes and achieve operational excellence for the ultimate associate and client experience.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px;"> </p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(227, 108, 10); font-size: 11pt;">The Opportunity:</span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="color: windowtext; font-size: 8pt;">As the Retail Communication Coordinator, you will play an integral part in supporting all the communication and administrative responsibilities related to workload planning for the US Hermès retail stores. You will be responsible for reporting and tracking key performance indicators (KPI), store issues/opportunities and follow ups and other administrative assignments for the department, as directed. You will also support the larger department with travel coordination for store openings and annual Operations seminars. </span></p>
