General Role

<p>The intern will be assigned to the HR department where he / she gain some valuable HR experience while contributing to and supporting Hermès Italie workforce. In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:</p>

Main responsibilities

<p><strong>Training and Development:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Organize training sessions, including operational aspects such as transfers, hotel reservations, catering and the preparation of all the documents and materials needed</li> <li>Record and maintain attendance records</li> <li>Update internal database regarding the Training program and related reporting activities</li> <li>Monthly Update of the Company organization chart</li> <li>Create, verify and update job descriptions according to professional profiles required within the Company</li> <li>Support in managing the training sessions focused on Health& Safety</li> <li>Assist in any ad hoc projects based on the needs of the Human Resources Department</li> </ul> <p><strong>Organization and Administration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain an up-to date and accurate staff records and filing system</li> <li>Support in internal communication projects: announcements, organizational communications, company newsletters, etc.</li> <li>Manage the HR databases and related reporting activities</li> <li>General support for recruiting activities if necessary</li> <li>Support in the employment contracts preparation and Internship Agreements</li> <li>Filing and arrangement of employee documents</li> </ul>


<p><strong>Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduate in Psychology / Languages / Economics / fashion / luxury (an HR Master / Specialization will represent a plus)</li> <li>Proficient with Excel / IT tools</li> <li>Fluent in both Italian and English</li> <li>Interest and enthusiasm for the fashion industry</li> <li>Very organized, rigorous and reliable, proactive and able to organize his/her work autonomously</li> <li>Very strong ethics and integrity</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION</p> <p>Fitting CVs will be invited to a pre-recorded video interview to show us their personality and motivation for the position.
