<p style="text-align: justify;">Our métier: the creation, production and distribution of Perfumes, associated scented products, and Beauty products.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">More than 500 employees work at our various sites in France (including Pantin and the industrial site of Le Vaudreuil) and abroad.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Our distribution extends to 14,000 points of sale throughout the world, including 450 Hermès stores and Hermès Fragrance and Beauty Personalised Spaces.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">An ambitious growth strategy featuring the development of new territories and the implementation of new distribution models and new industrial methods.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Since it was founded in 1977, the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil (Eure) has been developing formulas and packaging, producing Hermès Fragrance and Beauty perfumes and associated scented products, and managing all the logistics and supply chain steps through to delivery at our clients' premises by a logistics service provider (14,000 points of sale throughout the world). Approximately 240 employees currently work at the site.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The establishment in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) employs approximately 180 employees (including regional managers and the sales teams of the personalised spaces): collection development, communication, international management and operational development, visual merchandising, merchandising, sales drive, international training, operations, e-commerce, finance, IT, HR, etc.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Currently, approximately 100 employees work abroad, in: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Miami, Toronto, Belgium, the Netherlands, Madrid and London.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>

Mission Générale

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span>You will be part of Hermes Perfume & Beauty Americas team, based in Miami, reporting to the Marketing Coordinator and collaborating with the entire team.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span>Miami office subsidiary markets are the US, South and Central Americas Travel Retail and South and Central Americas Local market. In the US, we also have the Hermes Stores with direct contact through HOP based in New York. </span></p>

Principales activités

<p><strong><em>1/ VISUAL MERCHANDISING ACTIVATION</em></strong></p> <p><span>-Development of the Visual Merchandising Plan for perfumes and make up in our spaces (LM, TR)</span></p> <p><span>-Follow up and update of the regional visual database</span></p> <p><span>-Design of Planograms for generic and personalized spaces in the region</span></p> <p><span>-Development of merchandising retail tools.</span></p> <p><strong><em><span>2/ TRADE MARKETING ACTIVATION (IN STORE AND DIGITAL)</span></em></strong></p> <p><span>-Activation of the marketing trade plan in the region (LM, TR)</span></p> <p><span>-Follow up of the marketing trade plan per distributor and the global budget</span></p> <p><span>-Creative briefing according to our merchandising guidelines</span></p> <p><span>-Follow up and contact with our vendors in the region</span></p> <p><span>-Feedback recap for the trade activations, with quantitative and qualitative results. </span></p> <p><strong><em>3/ MARKETING TOOLS</em></strong></p> <p><span>-Preparation of File Recap POSM Tool 2021.</span></p> <p><strong><em>4/ MARKETING BUDGET</em></strong></p> <p><span>-Budget follow up for all marketing activations in the region. </span></p> <p><strong><em><span>5/ TRANSVERSAL MISSIONS </span></em></strong></p> <p><span>-Competition Analyses for perfumes and make up </span></p> <p><span>-Assistance in the preparation of the 2 regional annual seminars and budget follow up</span></p> <p><span>-Quarterly Reporting consolidation (merchandising, trade, media). </span></p>

Profil du candidat

<p><span>Student, final year or recently graduated : Business, marketing or university degree</span></p> <p><span>Structured thinking, aesthetic sensitivity and an ever-alert curiosity. Strong ability to analyze numbers.</span></p> <p><span>You have managed to manage different projects, showing rigor, organization and autonomy.</span></p> <p><span>You know how to work with various interlocutors by relying on your interpersonal skills and your adaptability.</span></p> <p><span>You are fluent in English and Spanish and have advanced office automation skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</span></p>
