<p>Our métier: the creation, production and distribution of Perfumes, associated scented products, and Beauty products.</p> <p>More than 500 employees work at our various sites in France (including Pantin and the industrial site of Le Vaudreuil) and abroad.</p> <p>Our distribution extends to 14,000 points of sale throughout the world, including 450 Hermès stores and Hermès Fragrance and Beauty Personalised Spaces.</p> <p>An ambitious growth strategy featuring the development of new territories and the implementation of new distribution models and new industrial methods.</p> <p>Since it was founded in 1977, the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil (Eure) has been developing formulas and packaging, producing Hermès Fragrance and Beauty perfumes and associated scented products, and managing all the logistics and supply chain steps through to delivery at our clients' premises by a logistics service provider (14,000 points of sale throughout the world). Approximately 240 employees currently work at the site.</p> <p>The establishment in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) employs approximately 180 employees (including regional managers and the sales teams of the personalised spaces): collection development, communication, international management and operational development, visual merchandising, merchandising, sales drive, international training, operations, e-commerce, finance, IT, HR, etc.</p> <p>Currently, approximately 100 employees work abroad, in: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Miami, Toronto, Belgium, the Netherlands, Madrid and London.</p>

Mission Générale


<p>The Junior Business Controller will be directly reporting to the Business and Operations Manager and will be responsible for expenses controlling, budget construction and administrative topics. </p>

Principales activités


<p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>EXPENSES FOLLOW UP</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Invoices treatment</strong></li> </ul> <p>Validate and control the codification of the expenses in the accounting softwares (My Easy Order and Share)</p> <p>Coordinate with the suppliers, Area Sales Managers and the Accounting department with the compliance of the House in terms of invoice treatment</p> <ul> <li><strong>Monitor the expenses follow up</strong></li> </ul> <p>Update the expenses follow up files on a daily basis</p> <p>Ensure the budget respect and achievement by challenging the Area Sales Managers and providing visibility to Management</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 16px;">MONTHLY / YEARLY CLOSING</span></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Responsible for the monthly accruals</strong></li> </ul> <p>Monitor the expenses status and codes in the software (My Easy Order)</p> <p>Compile the accrual files in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager (commissions and over investment)</p> <p>Ensure budget achievement</p> <ul> <li><strong>Analysis of the monthly closing</strong></li> </ul> <p>P&L construction and analysis of the closing vs Budget / YTD and YTG vision</p> <p>Reconciliation of the software data’s and the internal follow ups</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 16px;">BUDGET CONSTRUCTION</span></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Responsible of Budget templates</strong></li> </ul> <p>Update and improve the work templates for each budget revision: Capex, Beauty Consultant, Office Charges</p> <p>Consolidate the Area Sales Manager version</p> <ul> <li><strong>Participate to the Budget strategy</strong></li> </ul> <p>Participate to Budget meetings with Area Sales Manager and Management</p> <p>Provide input regarding the financial strategy of the region</p> <ul> <li><strong>Coordinate the mensualisation of the Budget and</strong></li> </ul> <p>Provide efficient templates to the Area Sales Managers</p> <p>Challenge the Area Sales Managers</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 16px;">OFFICE MANAGEMENT</span></h3> <p>Manage telecommunication, internet, computer, office supplies deals and expenses</p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong> SANITARY REGISTRATION</strong></span></p> <p>Ensure the registration of all our fragrances in our local markets by consolidating the client’s needs and coordinating with the Sanitary registration department</p>

Profil du candidat
